Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor and model. She started participating in fitness contests when she was 16 after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Then she received her Pro Card only one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. At 16, she started taking part in fitness events following her decision to quit gymnastics. In just one year she earned her pro card aged 17. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was off the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015, she came back to the stage to compete in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete throughout the years following her first show, setting more ambitious expectations for herself each year. In 2009 she was awarded four additional fitness awards. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competition to complete her degree at college. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut occurred during the Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. She came in third at the competition. The summer of 2016 saw her was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely zero expectations prior to the event, was delighted with the result. Given that she competed against the top athletes. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel likes working out her back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs that use a single hand on a pull-up machine as well as seated rows. First, she warms up before moving on to the sets she works on. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. This is accomplished by making sure she is doing all her back exercises doing three or four supersets of between 10-12 reps.
